Translating and summarizing

I want to avoid making up specifics in my response. I should ask if the user wants a translation or a summary and provide a natural language translation instead. For example, I can translate the quote into English and follow up with a comment about context. The user wrote in Chinese, so I think they might prefer the response in that language. I’ll provide the translation and ask if they want more context or the original source.
